2013 New York City Summer Restaurant Week

Well, hello there fellow “foodie”.  Yep, I’m talking to you.  Welcome!  It’s that time of year again in New York City — Summer Restaurant Week!  Actually, it should be “Weeks”, plural, because it isn’t just one week, it’s four.  (They really need to change this — and by “they”, I mean the City of New York..I wonder who I can call?)  Anyhoo, the 2013 season begins on July 22 and ends on August 16 — plenty of time to slot in a few dinners and/or a few lunches and brunches, right?  I mean, with 3 courses at $25.00 for lunch and $38.00 for dinner, and some of the best restaurants in the world, why not?

Sooooo, let’s see how many restaurants I can get to this summer.  I’ve been taking advantage of these Restaurant Weeks for a few years.  Now that I’m in the middle of my second summer on my lil’ blog, you’ll have the opportunity to “come along for the ride”, on my foodie adventures through my words and photographs.
