When it doubt — do not use the photos. The practices above are strictly forbidden.
Under the federal rules and practices of copyright and trademark in the United States of America, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), as well as the World Intellectual Property Association (WIPO) and the International Trademark Association (INTA), unless you own it — which you don’t — you play by the rules. Do not conveniently forget to seek approval or attribute.
